Episode 48 - It Was A Very Good Year:

It's the final episode of 2024 and Brett and Andy sit down to celebrate the running year gone by looking back of the achievements of both the listeners/viewers and themselves. This pod includes chat about ending the year with a PB, Christmas day Parkrun at Worcester Woods and Arrow Valley, a recap of Andy's sub 20 5K, a generative fill fail, Brett's 5K PB on Christmas Day, Christmas Day food highlights, listener comments, emails and instagram messages, our top 5 running moments from 2025 and then we finish with 'The Strava Segment'.

Thank you so much for your support over the past 12 months, it's been awesome. We will be back in a couple of weeks to kick off 2025 ready to toe those start lines with you all and share that feeling of Running The Red Line.

Question of the pod:

Is there anything in particular you would like to see us do/cover/chat next year?

As runners, we all challenge ourselves in ways we never thought possible. Pushing the boundaries of what we're capable of to smash through targets and set ourselves new bigger and better ones.

This awesome hobby we share gives us one thing in common and it brings us together as a community. Whether you’re working towards completing your first Parkrun, or you're a veteran of the sport who's run 100 ultra marathons, we all know the feeling of reaching that maxed out effort and our own Red Line.

Welcome to our podcast where your hosts Brett Elesmore and Andy Maguire discuss the struggles, the successes and everything in-between on our running journeys as we all work towards the next time we’re Running The Red Line...
